Nathaniel White, Sr. Obituary

Nathaniel White, Sr, 69, of Princess Anne, Maryland transitioned from earth to glory on November 10, 2021 at John Hopkins Hospital in BaltimorNathaniel was born on April 19, 1952 to Mr. Dave R. White and Ms. Annie Ree Jackson in Norfolk, Virginia.

After his education, he entered the working field as a truck driver. On his off days, you could find him working on various projects such as repairing trailers and small boats.

As fate would have it, he would meet a lovely woman by the name of Catharine Johnson. The two fell in love and dedicated their lives to each other by marrying in 1994.

Nathaniel started his long career with UPS. He was a hard-working man who worked tirelessly at UPS for over 25 years. He later was able to retired from the daily labors of working to spend time with the love of his life and their children.

Nathaniel enjoyed traveling with his wife to various places across the country, Florida being one of the most memorable places they visited. Not only did he enjoy traveling, he also enjoyed spending precious time with his children. When he wasn’t traveling the country, you could find him enjoying some of his favorite pass-times; fishing and working in the yard!  There was an unbreakable brotherhood he had with his brother-in-law Ronald Johnson. There weren’t many days these two wouldn’t go without talking to each out. Sharing life stories and encouraging each other through life’s hard times.

Besides the accomplishments of being a wonderful husband, outstanding father, awesome grandfather, a great fisherman and handyman, Nathaniel was an overcomer! For years, he was burdened with alcoholism, but he didn’t let it get the best of him. He overcame the addiction and stayed sober for 28 years! He faithfully attended this AAA meetings where he received the help and support, he needed. During those meetings he became a beacon of hope to others. Nathaniel became a person who others could look up to. An example that alcoholism can be controlled with hard work and dedication.

He is preceded in death by his parents Mr. Dave R. White and Ms. Annie Ree Jackson and daughter, Lakisha Page.

He is survived by his loving wife, Catherine White. Five Children, Cyanne Pringle (Gil pringle) of North Brunswick, NJ, Nathaniel White, Jr. of South Bound Brook, NJ and Lydell White (Jennifer White) of North Carolina, Kevin Page, Corey Page (Karri) of Crisfield.
