Her Life Story…
Mischell Lorraine (Graves) Jones, 77, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 11, 2024 peacefully at the Serenity Hospice Care Center in Hamilton, New Jersey. She was born in the city of Trenton to the late Mrs. Lucy Mae (Waller) Graves and Mr. Thomas Jefferson Graves.
Mischell excelled in her studies in the Trenton Public school system. After her studies, she married the first love of her life, Mr. Andrea Borges. Out of this union they raised three beautiful children; James, Jeffery and Andrea. Raising children was no easy task, but Mischell did her very best to give them a life of comfort and love. Her sons grew up to be thriving young men. James enlisted into the US Army while Andrea served in the US Navy. Jeffery became a successful professional builder! She was so proud of all of the accomplishments that her children achieved throughout their lives.
Being the loving and caring person she was, loved found her again. She met and married Mr. James Jones. Mr. Jones was welcomed by her family and they continued to be a family unit until his death.
Mischelle’s spirit and love will always be felt by the ones she was fortunate to embrace during her lifetime. She is not another guardian angle to us.
She is proceeded in death by her parents, late husbands and siblings.
To carry on her light and legacy are her children; James Graves, Jeffery Borges, Andrea Borges.
Grandchildren; Kahron, Jamil, Al-kafi, Kade’zia, E’njoil, Jeffery, Jr., Kaziya, Stacy, Andre and Stephanie. Her loving bunch of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sisters; Valeria (Graves) Givbens and Toni Q. (Graves) Wood. A special Aunt; Ms. Jessie Wilson. The family lineage is so great that all could not be named, but she does have a host of loving nieces, nephew, cousins and close family friends.
P.S. If you do not see your name, please know that you are loved and the oversite was not personal. – Auntie Toni
