Frances Renee Billups

Frances Rene’e Billups was born on May 11, 1960 to Ernest Billups and Martha Washington.  She was born in Trenton, New Jersey where she spent most of her life before moving to Morrisville, Pennsylvania.

Frances was educated in the Trenton Public School System.  Throughout life Frances employment included but was not limited to Ports Department Store, which later became Boscov’s and American Furniture Rental.

Frances was a loving person who absolutely loved her family.  She was an advocate for family gatherings and enjoyed seeing her family together.  She was outspoken.  Count on Frances to tell you what she meant and meant what she said!  An endearing person who’d give the shirt off her back.  Simply, a treasure to all who knew her.  Frances loved to laugh and loved making others laugh.

Frances was a loving mother and grandmother.  She loved her babies; Johnieka and Jaquan were her prize possessions.  It extended to her grandbabies and recently her only great grand baby.

Fran was not just a loving mother she was a daughter, a sister, a grandmother, an aunt, a cousin and a friend.  She was loved by many.  She will be forever loved and missed.

Frances was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Queen Victoria and Clyde Leonard.  Her paternal grandparents Lousie and Ed Anderson.  Also preceded in death by her father Ernest Billups and her son Breon Billups.  Frances leaves to cherish her memories her beloved mother Martha Washington; her children Johnieka Riggins(Rashawn) and Jaquan Billups all of Hamilton.  Her grandchildren Johntay Peterson, Nadera Riggins, Juan Riggins Jr. and great grand- Dakota Peterson.  She is also survived by her sisters; Catherine (Grover) Flood of Charlotte, NC; Peggy Billups, Tonya Billups and Chanda Billups all of Trenton, NJ.   Her Brothers; Unique Billups of Charlotte, NC and Kenneth Billups of Winston Salem, NC.  Her nieces and nephews; Kenisha Billups, Tonyika Billups, Charlie Billups, Grover (Isheka) Flood II, Rasheena Flood, Shakira Malleta, William (Brian) McNeil-Billups, Jonathan Flood, Terrance Ellerbe, Tatiana Stewart, Kiana Harrington, Stephon Labell, Jaylin Kirby and Samantha Hunt.  Special Friends Donna Moore, Michelle Hengstebeck, Carmen Garcia and Dominique Berry.  A host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
