Luther Augustus Page, affectionately known as Peter Page was born July 27, 1947 to Josephine Nelson and Luther Page. Born and raised in Princeton, NJ, Peter was educated in the Princeton school system. On Sunday, June 25, 2017, Peter passed away at the Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro. In his final days, he was surrounded by family and friends—sharing stories, watching movies, eating, laughing, crying and joking together.

In his older years, he enjoyed the rhythm of life through his chosen routines— going to the Senior Citizen Program at Mount Pisgah AME Church, riding through Princeton with his friends on the B bus, and his daily visit to Nassau Inn for French fries and orange juice. He was dedicated to his daily routine of work. Peter worked for Palmer Square Management Parking Services. He enjoyed his job, his coworkers and especially his Friday paycheck pick-up; he never missed a day of work and was always on time.

Peter was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching old movies. He was laid-back and could often be seen holding a Heineken in his hand. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.

Peter was predeceased by his parents Josephine Nelson and Luther Page; his son Jason Page; siblings Lillian Madden, William Page, Myrtle Pemberton, Richard Page and Chester Page. Peter leaves to cherish his memory his son Daniel Page and wife Allison Page; grandson Spencer Boutross; former spouse Deborah Disher; siblings Bruce Page, Denise Page, Keith Page, Melford Page, Ronald Page; extended family Dana Hughes Moorhead and Eme Moorhead and a host of relatives and friends.
