Patricia Anne Glass-Childs, “Patsy”

Patricia Anne Glass-Childs, “Patsy”, 60 of Trenton went home to meet Jesus on February 1st, at Capital Health Systems, Fuld Campus. Patsy was born on April 14, 1948 in Bordentown, NJ and then moved to Trenton where she was a lifelong resident.

Educated in the Trenton Public Schools, Patricia previously worked for Kahns Bakery, Anderson Funeral Service, and the State of New Jersey.

Patricia was a Member of the Christian Deliverance Ministry where she served the Lord faithfully.

Patricia was predeceased by her parents Ethel & Joseph Boyd, Sister Verna L. Matlock & Grandmother Etta Glass.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, David C. Childs of Philadelphia, PA , 3 Daughters - Keisha Boyd, April and Jamie Johnson of Trenton, her god-daughter - Addie Dockery, 3 Sons – David Childs Jr.(Lisa) , Christopher and William Childs all of Philadelphia, PA.

Patricia is also survived by her dear sister Pamela Goodman, 21 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren, nephew – Troy Boyd (Leslie) niece - Tamika Elder (Ronnie), 4 Great Nieces, 1 Great Nephew, and a host of uncles, cousins, other relatives and dear friends. Patsy will also be missed by her close friends, Beryl Tucker, Rose Mary Bishops, and Pamela Simmons-Bolden.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, 11AM at Ledford Funeral Home, 929 South Clinton Avenue, Trenton. Visitation will be held on Monday from 9 – 11AM at Ledford Funeral Home.
