TRENTON – Roosevelt Day Sr., 65, of Trenton died on Sunday July 23, 2006 at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital, New Brunswick.
Born in Trenton, South Carolina he attended school in South Carolina and New Jersey. He was a retired Fork Lift Driver for Trane in Trenton New Jersey where he worked for many years.
Roosevelt was predeceased by his parents Elbert and Martha Day. He is survived by his wife Alma Day; two children, Roosevelt Jr. and Michelle L. Day; two grandchildren, Dierelle and Briyahta; sister Sarah Ann; four brothers, Thomas Henry, Joseph, James, and LeRoy. He is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services was held on Friday (July 28), 11 a.m. at Ledford Funeral Home, 929 South Clinton Avenue, Trenton. Interment Colonial Memorial Park, Hamilton. |
