La-Shaw All Kelly went home to be with the Lord Friday, October 27, 2017. He was the youngest of three children, born to the late Francis and Alma Kelly.

He was education through the New Brunswick School system. During his early years, he was known for his sharp dressing and bestowed the nick-name "Blind-Louie"

After the passing of his mother, he relocated to Columbus, Ohio where he worked at the Geodis as a forklift operator until his untimely death.

He leaves behind in sadness his beloved partner, Melissa (Columbus, OH), one sister, Sharon (Franklin, VA), one brother, Daryle (Kendal Park, NJ), one adopted brother, Joseph (Maryland). HIs children LaToya (Trenton, NJ), Victoria (Jacksonville, FL), Jamal (Raleigh, NC), Brian (New York), six grandchildren, two nieces, Niyesha (Franklin, VA), Brittany (New Brunswick, NJ), and a host of cousins, relatives and friends.
