Gwendolyn Carrier, daughter of the late Leroy and Daisy Carrier was born March 31, 1947. She departed this life quietly at home on February 7, 2015.

A lifelong Trenton resident, Gwendolyn was educated in the Trenton public school system and attended Trenton Skills Center. She retired from the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission in 2013 after 47 years of dedicated service.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy and Daisy Carrier; sisters, Mary Burrell and Dorothy McRae and brother, Leroy Carrier. Gwendolyn leaves to cherish her memory; three daughters, Crystal Carrier of Arizona, Chevonne and Chanelle Carrier of Trenton; three grand-children, Khalia Carrier of Arizona, Kyla Gilchrist of Georgia, and Zion Griggs of Trenton; one sister Valerie (Karl) Thomas of Trenton; one brother, William (Patricia) McRae of Philadelphia, PA, two uncles, two aunts and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday Feb. 17th, 11AM at Ledford Funeral Home, 929 S. Clinton Avenue, Trenton. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 9 - 11AM at Ledford Funeral Home.
